MY PROCESS

1. Let’s Connect

We’ll start with a conversation to get to know each other, hear about your wedding vision, and make sure we’re a great fit.

2. Secure Your Date

To officially book, a 50% retainer and signed digital contract are required.

An online invoice will be sent to you. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding date.

3. Engagement Session

Let’s create something that reflects your story in a natural, effortless way.

Engagement sessions are included in all collections. I’ll guide you with location ideas that match your aesthetic. Travel fees may apply, and studio rentals are not included. All locations must be approved prior to the session.

4. Wedding Timeline Planning

Around 30 days before your wedding, we’ll connect via phone or Zoom to finalize your photography timeline and review all details.

If you’re working with a planner, I’ll collaborate with them to ensure everything flows seamlessly.

Each timeline is custom-built around your selected collection (7, 8, or 10 hours) and your photography priorities.

5. Your Wedding Day

This is where everything comes together.

A calm, intentional approach allows you to stay present while I document your day as it unfolds—balancing gentle direction with documentary storytelling.

6. Preview Gallery

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a preview gallery of 20–40 edited images so you can relive the highlights of your day right away.

7. Final Gallery Delivery

Your full gallery will be delivered within 4–8 weeks.

You can expect a carefully curated collection of approximately 600–1,000 professionally edited, dreamy images delivered in a private online gallery for viewing, downloading, and sharing.
